Thomas O'Malley's penthouse apartment is the main feature of this pin, each room lit up in psychedelic colours by The Alley Cats, with O'Malley and Duchess cuddled on the roof. The frame is a mix of musical instruments, The Eiffel Tower, Frou-Frou, Amelia and Abigail Gabble and little objects from the movie!

I did not receive the item I ordered

I ordered the Aristocats - Gold and I received the Aristocats - Two Toned pin. I'm disappointed that I wasn't notified of the substitution prior to shipping. I would not have placed the order had I known the pin I wanted was not available. I contacted Pulse to ask what could be done and was essentially told, "too bad" we ran out of the pin you ordered. No offer was made to correct the situation.

We are very sorry that we could not send you the correct edition of the pin. As I explained in my previous email when we were first contacted, I am usually notified of these issues so that I can contact you but in HQs packing of orders they did not let me know which was an unfortunate error. I have offered you the option of returning the pin for a full refund but had not heard back from you. We cannot replace the pin with a Gold edition as it is out of stock.

If you would still like to return the pin for a refund please let me know and I will organise it for you.
